Established in 2012, Mel Food Exports is a brokerage and trading company for food products of Turkey. We are mainly specialized in sweetened dried fruits and traditional gourmet jams. We also trade other speciality products such as, plain and chocolate coated functional fruit cubes, fruit strips and fruit winders.

Our greatest advantage is working directly and very closely with the producers who are all experts in their field. All the produce we trade are grown by many contracted family owned farms, carefully harvested by hand during season and delivered daily to our partner producers.

All food products we trade suit industrial food manufacturers (cereal, fruit snack, chocolate, biscuit, etc.) and also retail markets.
