Whole ripe Turkish Morello type sour cherries are pitted, osmotically dehydrated in apple juice concentrate and dried in industrial ovens to desired moisture level. Dried sour cherries are individually hand selected, coated with sunflower oil to prevent clumping, packed into 10Kg carton boxes and metal detected.

Whole ripe Turkish strawberries are graded, de-hulled, hand selected and osmotically dehydrated in apple juice concentrate and dried in industrial ovens to desired moisture level. Dried strawberries are individually hand selected, coated with sunflower oil to prevent clumping, packed into 10Kg carton boxes and metal detected.

Whole ripe Turkish Morello type organic sour cherries are osmotically dehydrated in organic apple juice concentrate and dried in industrial ovens to desired moisture level. Following drying the cherries are individually hand selected, packed into 10Kg cartons and metal detected.

IQF blackcurrants are osmotically dehydrated in apple juice concentrate and dried in industrial ovens to desired moisture level. After drying they are individually hand selected for physical quality, packed into 10Kg cartons and metal detected.

IQF orange segments are osmotically dehydrated in apple juice concentrate and dried in industrial ovens to desired moisture level. After drying orange segments are coated with sunflower oil, individually hand selected, packed into 10 kg cartons and metal detected.

IQF raspberries are osmotically dehydrated in apple juice concentrate and dried in industrial ovens to desired moisture level. After drying they are individually hand selected for physical quality, packed into 10Kg cartons and metal detected.

Dried strawberries are individually hand selected, and then diced with rice flour, packed into 10 Kg carton boxes and metal detected.

IQF plums are osmotically dehydrated in apple juice concentrate and dried in industrial ovens to desired moisture level. After drying plums are coated with sunflower oil, individually hand selected, packed into 10 kg cartons and metal detected.
