Fruit Winders

Strawberry puree is mixed with apple puree, apple pectin and dried baobab fruit pulp. Natural strawberry aroma and black carrot juice is added. The mixture is dehydrated in industrial ovens to desired moisture level. After drying it is coated with apple fiber, cut in strips and given the final form. Then the winders are packed and metal detected.
